The Local Area

Ty Crwn is situated within close proximity to Gwrych Castle & Pensarn Beach. About 1.2 miles along the main road from the cottage is the Valentine pub in Llanddulas, and the same distance to the pubs in the centre of Abergele. There are beach cafes on the coastal path & promenade as well as a supermarket 1 mile away.

The Restoration

The cottage underwent an extensive restoration project in 2019 by a team of specialists to bring the property back to its former glory. Extensive research & architectural analysis was carried out by a team of volunteer researchers who collated historical data .

Customers Reviews

This house is fantastic! It’s beautifully renovated and situated in a perfect spot overlooking the sea with a great enclosed garden space if you have a dog. We really enjoyed reading about the history of the place too.

Perfect to escape and relax in luxury, with a beach for your garden! A calm space, full of character. I enjoyed just being there! - candle lit dinners, playing games, reading, walking along the beach and wallowing in a fabulous huge bath!

I felt like a queen for a day staying in such a historic and wonderful setting. The beach house was filled with history but modern convenience. It was lovely looking out over the sea and beach which is literally on the doorstep.
